Creating Referrals from Close Clients:

"How is your home working out for you? Is it still suit your needs?

"How is your financial team working out?"

"Have you spoke with your CFP/CPA/Trust Attorney?"

"Do they know of any Friends, Family or Co-Workers that might be Buying or Selling?"

your home-buying journey. Can I ask a favor?

When your family or friends ask questions about your

home-buying experience or real estate in general, will you let them know that

you “Got a Guy?”...that actually, you really have a Team.
